Requirement:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably Marketing, Business Communication, Management, or equivalent.
2. Having proven work experiences minimum 2-3 years as Senior Sales.
3. Strong Sales Driven and Target Oriented.
4. Able to manage a team is a plus.
5. A strategic, conceptual, and creative person.
6. Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
7. Excellent in verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa is a must.
8. Problem solver, flexible, and adaptable.
9. Digital savvy.

Role:

1. Generate sales among client accounts including upselling and cross selling.
2. Identify strategic opportunities and upsell against them.
3. Find new clients and maintain client satisfaction and loyalty by understanding client's needs and objectives.
4. Managing client projects by ensuring all departments understand the broader client objectives and where each project sits within them.
5. Manage team and motivate team to achieve their goals.
6. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
