Facetology Innovation Technology is #hiring for AP Accountant, with requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or related fields from reputable overseas or local universities.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong learning capabilities and curiosity are welcome to apply.
- Experience working with FMCG or retail clients, or employment within these industries, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel applications and familiarity with ERP accounting software such as Oracle is preferred.

Indicative tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Review and validate the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents for Goods Receipts, ensuring they are valid and accurate before processing payment requests.
- Verify and reconcile invoices received from vendors, ensuring proper entry into appropriate GL accounts and cost centers, and timely payment according to due dates.
- Monitor recurring expenses and ad hoc expenses, ensuring proper accruals are made during month-end closing.
- Cultivate and manage vendor relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns related to accounts payable in a timely manner.
