Kami membuka informasi lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi Customer Service Staff
Qualification:
• Minimum having an associate's / bachelor's degree from any major.
• Having experience in using Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot.
• Open for Fresh Graduate, experienced in life insurance industry is preferred.
• Preferably good in English, both oral and written.
• Having good communication and interpersonal skill.
Job Description:
Incoming and outgoing call customers, assist the process in accordance with customer case, handling walk in customer, providing weekly and monthly report for call back, confirming for surrender, withdrawal, top up and switching, creating Customer Service report through Pivot.
