External Audit Committee

Job Description
As a member of the External Audit Committee, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance and integrity in the financial reporting and operational aspects of our company, operating in the Muslim fashion industry. You will work independently to investigate, evaluate, and provide recommendations on accounting practices, financial controls, and operations.

Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in external auditing, preferably with a reputable accounting firm or within the retail fashion industry.
- Proven track record in conducting financial audits, including comprehensive knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
- Completing tasks and responsibilities in accordance with OJK regulations for audits.
- Can join ASAP.
