Tomoro Coffee is Hiring "Supply Chain Management Helpdesk Staff"
Job Requirement:
1. Minimum education: Diploma
2. Possess good communication skills, capable of coordinating with other departments
3. Preferably with experience as a Customer Service (CS) or Helpdesk (at least one year in a similar field)
4. Able to create daily updates and organize data effectively
5. Placement at HQ (Landmark Pluit)
Job Descriptions:
1. Responding to Inquiries: Handling inquiries and resolving issues related to SCM operations, such as damages from vendor shipments and those from the warehouse directly.
2. Problem Resolution: Solving SCM issues, coordinating with relevant departments or external partners to find solutions
3. Order Management: Assisting in tracking shipments and ensuring orders are coordinated with the relevant departments.
4. Data Management: Maintaining and updating databases for SCM-related submissions, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information from complaints.
5. Communication: Acting as the point of contact for internal teams, with areas (for direct store)
