Job Description:

• Handle end to end talent acquisition process

• Handle coordination and administration duties related to recruitment

• Actively seeking for new ideas related to recruitment to improve and achieve the recruitment objectives

• Managing employee engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) preferably from Psychology, Human Resource Management

• Minimum 1-years of working experience with a strong exposure in talent

acquisition, preferably from beauty industry.

• Strong in sourcing, understanding of all selection methods and techniques

• Strong with the initiative and proactive work ethic

• Have creativity to create employee engagement / employee event (online & offline

• Meticulous with data and administrative task

• Able to work under pressure in fast pace environment
