Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Management
- Min 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field 
- Having experience in e-commerce/ retail/ consumer goods companies/ IT consultant is an advantage
- Deep understanding in talent management, organizational development, employee engagement
- Strong analytical and creative thinking
- Good in English, both written and speaking
- Willing to travel if needed
- Willing to be placed at Puri Indah, West Jakarta

Job Description : 
- Create an effective and sustainable HR strategy that align with company goals
- Identifying issues in the company
- Create initiatives related to human resource development
- Carrying out and making plans for employer branding
- Do other things requested by superiors related to the HR division
