Position: Instrumentation & Control Engineer
Placement: Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang

Job Requirements:
1.   Have a minimum education of S1 Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale or equivalent work experience.
2.   A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in power plant or Oil & Gas engineering, with a focus on Instrument and Control systems.
3.   Strong understanding of power plant engineering concepts and best practices within the power generation industry.
4.   In-depth knowledge of control system in power plant or similar industry.
5.   Have a good knowledge of IT application, i.e.: Networking, Addressing and Security
6.   Understanding in structured methodology of troubleshoot and provide a report or/and RCA with regards to electrical system faults and failures.
7.   Knowledge in I&C - Asset Integrity Management System. Able to create report and recommendation for AIMS.
8.   Familiarity with management of change (MOC) and critical bypass protection philosophy.
9.   Thorough understanding and commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) programs and practices.
10. Proficiency in using Asset Management Tools and programming.
11. Proven leadership skills in multicultural environment, with the ability to lead and motivate effectively.
12. The ability to communicate (written and spoken) effectively in English.
