Qualifications :
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
* Having minimum of 2-3 years experience in training & development management or learning specialist
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (deliver training materials in classes)
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills
* Strong interpersonal skill and analytical thinking
* Able to create training infrastructure, & modul design
* Able to do all administrative work
* Full time WFO (Placement: Palmerah, West Jakarta)
