Job Description:
- Member of 7x24 Network Monitoring, working on shifting schedule
- Create network monitoring report
- Receive escalation from customers, conduct 1st layer analysis, escalate to MS' partner
- Daily report on network status
- First layer customer handling
- Coordination with 3rd party/vendor
