Lowongan Kerja PT Star Sparta Indonesia is looking for a potential individual to complete our team as Organization Development Specialist.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide advise and manage organization charts and job descriptions
2. Coordinate the implementation of job description reviews if there is a request for a new position
3. Design and develop effective organization structure to help people to achieve the organizational targets
4. Manage job analysis, evaluation and job description as well as job grading
5. Develop, implement, and maintain company competencies for all roles and levels
6. Partner with organizational leaders in creating Job Description and KPIs
7. Propose, review and to ensure Job Description and KPIs align with business goals.
8. Help company leaders determine the headcount of employees which is required in a position through workload analysis or other measurements.
9. Design career development path for various functions
10. Design, develop, and manage the strategies and framework of Performance Appraisal to evaluate and motivate employees objectively and fairly.
11. Identify opportunities for performance improvement and overall organizational effectiveness.

Requirements :
1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
3. Has experiences min 3-5 years in managing Organization Development tasks, i.e: Job Description,Job Analysis, Competency, Organization Structure, Performance Management, Succession Plan,Talent Management, etc.
4. Familiar with the process of job analysis, job evaluation and job grading
5. Familiar with the process of compensation and benefit design
6. Excellent organizational skills; ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple programs and assigned tasks, and meet goals.
7. Proven ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
8. Willing to be placed in North Jakarta.
