Job Description

• Design, develop, and implement reusable automated test cases.
• Gain product understanding for effective test automation and issue identification.
• Construct automation tests for diverse products.
• Collaborate with developers for quality software releases.
• Enhance testing methods, particularly automation.
• Document automation methodologies and practices.
• Improve testing process integration with engineering.
• Create detailed, structured test plans and cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing.
• Develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
• Identify, document, and track bugs.
• Conduct thorough regression testing post-bug resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web, API and mobile apps or open to fresh graduate
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• • Familiarity with using JSON, SQL, HTML and tools like Postman to check and validate test results.
• Have automation experience such as using selenium webdriver, appium, autoit, etc
• Programming experience and ability to automate tests is a huge plus
• • Should be able to use test automation tools to automate redundant test cases
• Should be able to use web and mobile debugging tools like Firebug, logcat, etc
