Requirement;
1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from reputable university.
2. At least 1 years of experience in recruitment, Fresh Graduate are welcome.
3. Excellent interviewing skill and negotiation skill
4. Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
5. Experienced handling full cycle of recruitment process
6. Able to use psychological tools and competent to analyze and present psychological test results
7. Fluent in English
8. Working Hours : Monday - Saturday
9. Location : Balaraja, Tangerang
