Position :
Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities :
* Responsible to fulfill manpower needs from all level with timely manner
Conduct full cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, document check, etc.)
* Use best and available recruitment tools-techniques to screening qualified candidates
* Monitoring manpower fulfillment
* Provide weekly report relate to recruitment activity

Requirements :
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management
* At least 3 years work experience (Preferably from the Garment Industry)
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written
* Excellence communication
* Familiar with psychological test tools
* Detail oriented
* Good team worker
* Able to work independently and under pressure

Placement : Semarang & Wonogiri - Jawa Tengah
