Position : Recruitment Specialist

Job Description :

Discuss with the user in determining the need for man power
Compile and post job vacancies
Develop interview plans with users and become a bridge between users and candidates
Arranging new employee expenses
Conduct end to end recruitment process
Coordinate the process of mutation, promotion and demotion of employees
Monitoring employees during probation and ensuring probationary assessments are appropriate
Controlling, organizing and updating the workforce plan

Qualification :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
1 - 2 years of experience in a related industry (tech)
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirement for IT roles
Execellent verbal and written communication skill
