SALESFORCE DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and monitoring for your sales team to enhance their skills and performance
• Ensure the well-being and motivation of your team by addressing their needs and fostering a positive work environment
• Guide both experienced and newer team members' growth and provide ongoing learning opportunities
• Collaborate with dealers to improve sales alignment and effectiveness
• Responsible for handling the Jakarta Selatan, Jakart Barat, Jakarta Pusat, and Tangerang area

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 3 years of experience as Sales Training Specialist
• Strong working knowledge of the sales process
• Excellence oral & written communication skill
• Ability to measure an Employee Performance
• Ability to motivate others to improve skill
• Outstanding coaching and sales skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Excell, Powerpoint, and Word
