Responsibilities :
• Acquire and manage work permits in potential clusters
• Responsible for achieving the home pass cluster area acquisition target
• Manage and follow up on Permit issues during work In progress
• Ensure the survey process and data coordination and integration from the survey 
• Report into FTTH design with the planning team runs smoothly

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Others), Law or equivalent
• Experience in managing acquisition cluster and permits is for at least 3 years
• Have good knowledge of FTTH roll-out
• Experience in dealing with authorities and approving approvals
•Have good communication skill and solving the issue
