Requirement:

1. Minimum education is D3, All major
2. Preferably 1-2 years of experience as a social media specialist in the digital agency industry
3. Excellent Communication & Writing Skills
4. Passionate about social media trends and the ability to perform under pressure
5. Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Tik Tok) is required
6. Creative and critical thinker
7. Experience with the financial business is beneficial

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and create content to post on social media, and keep up with any social media trends
2. Responsible for monitoring social media activity and concerns
3. Supervising bi-weekly social media content and key visuals accordingly
4. Monitor the client's social media performance and competitors on a daily basis
5. Develop a monthly strategy and provide fresh ideas to clients
6. Create and provide a monthly report for the client (or as requested)
7. Establish effective day-to-day communication between clients and the internal team
