Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in traffic operations or a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages is required, as the role may involve communication with international vendors and clients.
- Strong skills in monitoring traffic activities, analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Willing to placed in Head Office Jakarta.
